Today, Salty Laundry is stitched by hand near the Florida coastline but the dream was born in the Colorado mountains in 2014. Unsatisified with the swimwear styles and prints that were available at the time, and ALWAYS on the move to the next music festival, road trip or adventure in the woods, I was determined to make unique pieces that I could wear multiple ways without taking up more space in my backpack.
My design inspiration comes from a life spent admiring the beauty of nature, both in the mountains and on the beach. To help preserve that beauty I believe in shopping wisely by choosing items that are made thoughtfully and will last a lifetime. My designs are meant to add versatility to your closet (or backpack!) and are made so you can feel good about your purchase.
